Zvi Chalamish
Managing Partner

Zvi Chalamish, a seasoned expert in the realms of real estate and finance, stands as a key driving force behind Capitalx. With a distinguished career that includes pivotal leadership roles within Israel's Ministry of Finance, Zvi brings a wealth of experience to our organization. His academic foundation, consisting of a BA in Economics & Accounting and an MBA in Business Management from the Hebrew University, serves as the bedrock of his extensive knowledge. Zvi's impressive track record encompasses senior positions within the Israeli Ministry of Finance, where he previously held the role of Executive Manager of the Economic Delegation to the United States and served as Deputy to the Israeli Finance Account General. In addition, he was entrusted with overseeing national infrastructure projects in the Accountant General Office. Zvi's professional journey also led him to the role of CEO at Ashra, the insurance company for foreign commerce, and a partnership at Giza Zinger Even, the largest consulting firm for banking and investments in Israel. Since 2011, he has been a Managing Partner in multiple real estate investment funds in the United States, where his extensive experience encompasses investing in and managing apartment buildings. Zvi's unwavering dedication to excellence in real estate investment is a cornerstone of Capitalx's success.

Ronen Elrom is a distinguished entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning both technology and real estate. Holding a Computer Science certificate from the IDF (Mamram), a BA in Economics & Business Management, and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University, Ronen has consistently demonstrated his versatility and proficiency in various domains. His real estate investment career began in 2002 when he renovated an old apartment for rental—a venture that continues to yield double-digit returns to this day. With an illustrious journey in real estate and technology entrepreneurship, Ronen plays a pivotal role within our organization, leading investments in multiple avenues, including residential apartments, multi-family dwellings, and single-family houses in various locations. His diverse past investment experiences extend to ventures such as agricultural fields, syndications, rentals, and construction. Ronen's visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence continue to drive Capitalx's success.
